What we're building, and why.
Your work doesn't disappear.
We watched the apps we lived in go quiet and take years of history with them. That's not happening here. This page stays public, it stays current, and what you ask for shows up on it.

Beta Changes
June through September 2026 (beta)- — Your trainer rebuilds your plan when your approach changes (not on a schedule, when it matters)
- — Your workout history persists (app close, logout, whatever — your work stays)
- — Every workout you log counts toward your streak (customized, manual, redos — all of it)
- — Stability fixes (blank screens, session persistence — you can trust it)
- — Your trainer listens to how you felt and adapts every session (not cookie-cutter)
- — Four-week plans built just for you (your trainer sets the structure, you own the work)
- — Pick your trainer: Iron Atlas (strength), Hyper (size), Nomad (minimal equipment)
- — Share your PRs to Instagram (your work is documented, visible, permanent)
- — See other lifters' progress (you built this with them, not alone)
- — Log your own training whenever you want (never locked out, never charged for flexibility)
- — Run two plans at once (one from your trainer, one from the library — freedom to explore)
- — Your trainer knows your injuries and programs around them (safety first, always)
- — Exercise selection for your age and stage (not one-size-fits-all)
- — Redo any past workout anytime, exact same coaching (your history is usable, not just stored)
- — Rest days that matter (your trainer knows when to push and when to stop)
- — Your trainer learns from last time and adjusts today (adaptation, not repetition)
- — Automatic PR detection (we notice when you break through, you don't have to tell us)
