Questions
What happens after the 5-year price lock ends?
At year six, your FM converts to an annual subscription. We'll announce the details and rate in 2031. You keep your founder badge forever. You keep all your history. You're not locked in after year five. You can cancel, downgrade, or switch anytime.
Can I gift my founder membership?
No. Your FM seat is personal to you. You can't transfer it to someone else. But they can buy their own FM membership as long as founder seats are still available.
What happens after the founder window closes?
No more founder seats. New users can still subscribe at regular pricing. The 168 founder members keep their badge and their price lock for the full 5 years.
When does Founding Member close?
When 168 founders are purchased, or November 30, whichever comes first. After that, the founder window closes permanently. Pricing is September $1,200, October $1,400, November $1,575.
Why does the price go up each month?
Early supporters lock the lowest price. The window closes Nov 30 regardless, so each month is your last chance at that price tier.
Can I upgrade from a regular subscription to FM?
No. FM is only available as a standalone purchase. If you're already subscribed, you'd need to cancel and buy FM instead. We can help. Email hello@zyrep.app
What's the refund policy?
30-day refund window. If you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, we'll issue a refund. After 30 days, FM purchases are final.
